- Payment Policy:
- Full cost of your service will not be taken upfront, online, you will only pay a deposit. The rest of the service has to be paid at the end of your appointment in person, at the salon, either via cash or card.
- Deposit Policy:
- A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- The deposit will be applied toward the total amount of the service.
- The deposit will be refunded if cancellation is initiated over 24 hours before the appointment.
- A refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Cancellation Policy:
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour window, please contact us directly.
- Waiver Requirement:
- A signed waiver is required for every new service and must be completed upon arrival for your appointment.
- Patch Test:
- A patch test is mandatory for all chemical treatments.
- The patch test must be conducted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Hair Pricing:
- Hair prices listed on the website are approximate.
- The final price will be provided on the day of the consultation, depending on your hair length, texture, and the service required.
