  • Deposits: We require a 20% deposit of the total service cost at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations: We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
  • No-Shows or Late Cancellations: If you cancel late (within 24 hours) or fail to attend your appointment, your 20% deposit will be non-refundable. No further cancellation fee will be charged.
